I believe that a brighter future of personal growth and fulfillment is possible for you.

  • I work with driven, hard-working adults and teens, who despite all of their accomplishments, still feel a sense of self-doubt that prevents them from fulfillment.

    I also work with adults and teens who have experienced difficult life events and trauma, and help them overcome past wounds, healing and recovering in a profound way.

  • I am trained in EMDR, which is an evidence-based protocol, that can help individuals heal from painful life experiences.

    I am also a registered yoga teacher and my understanding of the mind-body connection brings a sense of calm and peace to my clients.

  • My friends describe me as having a heart the size of Texas, and I think that shines through in my work with my clients. It also comes out in my love for Stella, my precious cat, who I love cuddling when I’m not at work.

    When I’m not helping others, I am passionate about living life to the fullest. You might find me enjoying a meal at the newest restaurant or rocking out at a live music show. I believe there is so much out there to enjoy in life, and I can help you find your own passions!
